El plan nuclear Argentino y su proyección futura

Abstract

En momentos en que el tema de la No Proliferación Nuclear retoma actualidad con motivo del ataque que Israel efectuó contra la central nuclear de Irak, el Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Energía Atómica, Vicealmirante Carlos Castro Madero en este trabajo, con claridad meridiana, los alcances pacíficos del desarrollo nuclear argentino. Mucho se ha hablado sobre este a nivel internacional. Empero estas opiniones -que envuelven a la Agencia Internacional de Energía, a los argentinos nos interesa destacar la clara y perseverante política sostenida en este sector, que le ha permitido a Argnetina mantener un inuestionable liderazgo entre las naciones no industrializadas.

At a time when the subject o f Nuclear Non - Proliferation is back in the news by reason o f the attack carried out by Israel against Irak’s nuclear power station, Vice Aamiral Carlos Castro Madero, Chairman of the National Commission of Atomic Energy, sets forth in this work, very clearly, the peaceful scope of Argentine nuclear development. A lot has been said on the subject at the international level. But for us, the Argentine people, it is very important to underline, among said statements -wich also involve the International Energy Agency- the very clear and steadfast policy we have followed in this regard, wich made it possible fo r Argentina to hold an indisputable leadership mong non - industrialized nations.
