dc.description.abstract | 本发明涉及适合用于医学诊断、临床研究和其他流体测试的低成本且易操作的微粘度计。该设备由以下组成:由通过微制造技术制成的串联微通道所形成的微通道(2)和在微通道内部的流体柱位置检测器。微通道在一端是打开的而在另一端是封闭的,并且由单一的生物相容性材料制成。当液滴放入微通道(2)的入口时,流体通过毛细作用进入,直到被压缩的空气压力等于毛细管压力加上大气压力。对流体从进入通道至停止在其平衡位置的瞬时运动进行分析,从而获得作为结果的所测试液体的粘度和毛细管压力。 | |
