Abstract

Lo más importante que hemos logrado hasta el momento es aprender por donde pasa el subdesarrollo y eso nos habilita para librarle una pequeña batalla, en el frente que nos tocó pelear y conquistarles una modesta victoria. Sólo dejaremos de ser subdesarrollados cuando nos midamos por nuestros propios cánones.

The most important thing we have achieved so far is to learn where underdevelopment passes and that enables us to wage a small battle against it, on the front that we had to fight and win a modest victory for them. We will only stop being underdeveloped when we measure ourselves by our own standards.
