dc.description.abstractDifferent procedures for preparing carrier-free 32P have been described previously by several authors [1-17]. Among these, Bresesti, Lanz and Del Turco [15] dissolve the irradiated sulphur in hot toluene and adsorb 32P on alumina. The elution is carried out by 0.5 N sodium Hydroxide. O. Z. Jovanovic- Kovazevic [16] uses carbon disulphide as solvent, adsorbs the 32P on silica gel and elutes wiyh 5 N nitric acid.
