Resumen
The present paper exemplifies the theoretical calculations for a thermal diffusion column of the hot filament type
easy to build in coilege laboratories. The separation of a binary mixture of carbón dioxide and argón has been studied and the separation factor
theoretically calculated
has been checked against the experimental separation factor. The results show an acceptable agreement.
