dc.description.abstractCdS/CdTe solar cells were made by depositing CdTe films by an isothermal close-spaced vapor transport method on sintered CdS/glass substrates. The influence of amounts of CdC12 ranging in the CdTe source on the rjolar cells performance was studied.
