Resumen
Utilizando Sc 46 como trazador radiactivo se determinan las pérdidas de catalizador en una planta de Cracking Catalítico. Se utilizaron dos tipos de catalizadores de distinta naturaleza y granulometría. Experimentalmente se conocieron las pérdidas totales midiendo el tiempo de residencia del catalizador en el re generador. Las pérdidas parciales se determinaron midiendo la concentración del catalizador en el "Siurry". Por diferencia, en algunos casos se evaluaron las pérdidas por chimenea.
We have used as radioactive tracer for determining catalyzer losses in a catalytical cracking plant. Two diferent types of catalyzers were used, of varying granulometry and nature. Overall losses were obtained experimentally by measuring the catalyzer residence time in the regenerator. Partial losses were determined measuring the catalyzer concentration in the slurry. In some cases the chimney losses were evaluated, by difference.
